What's the minimum order?
None. Order one t-shirt or a thousand — same price per unit on most products.
How long does printing take?
We dispatch in 2 working days. UK delivery is then 1–2 days with Royal Mail Tracked. Big bulk orders can take an extra day or two — we'll always tell you up front.
What file types should I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. For the best print upload at 300 DPI with a transparent background. We'll fix minor issues for free; bigger fixes we'll quote you for.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — automatic price breaks from 10 units, with bigger discounts above 50. Drop us a message for a custom quote on 100+ orders.
Will the colours print exactly as on screen?
We print CMYK with a white underbase, so very bright neon/screen colours will shift slightly. We'll send you a digital proof before printing — nothing goes on a garment without your sign-off.
How long does the print last?
With cold-wash, inside-out, tumble-dry-low, our DTG prints stay vibrant for 50+ washes. Heavy bleach and tumble drying on hot will shorten that — same as any printed garment.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Order a single garment first to test, or request a paid sample print of bulk artwork before we commit the full run.
What's your return policy?
30 days for unprinted blanks. Custom-printed garments are non-returnable unless faulty — but if anything's wrong with the print or fabric, we'll reprint or refund, no fuss.
What's your payment methods?
We offer bank transfer, card payment using payment links and more coming soon.
