Design Your Own T-Shirt

Got an idea for a tee? Drop it in our designer, choose your size, and we’ll print it on a soft 180gsm ringspun cotton blank in our Cheltenham studio. One-off prints, team kits, family runs, gift drops — there’s no minimum order and no rush fee.

Fabric & fit

• Weight: 180gsm standard ringspun cotton
• Composition: 100% cotton (heather variants 90/10 cotton/poly)
• Fit: Unisex regular fit, set-in sleeves, double-stitched hem
• Sizes: XS to 3XL — size up if you prefer a relaxed drape

Print method

We print every customer design with Direct-to-Garment (DTG) using water-based, OEKO-TEX certified inks — sharp gradients, photo detail, and no plasticky hand-feel. Ordering 50+ identical pieces? We’ll quote you on screen printing for cleaner solid blocks and a lower per-unit cost. Looked after properly, the print holds colour for 50+ washes without cracking or fading.

Care

• Wash inside-out, cold cycle, 30°C or below
• No bleach, no fabric softener on the print
• Line dry or tumble on low
• Iron inside-out, avoid the print directly
