These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of printxyz.uk (“the Website”) and the supply of products by PrintXYZ to you. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

1. About us

  • Trading name: XSSUK Ltd
  • XSSUK Ltd, Bristol – Old Stock Exchange 3rd Floor Old Stock Exchange
    St Nicholas Street
    Bristol
    BS1 1TG
    United Kingdom
  • Email: [email protected]

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to PrintXYZ. “You” and “your” refer to the customer.

2. Definitions

  • “Custom Item” means any product personalised, customised, made-to-order or printed to your specification (including artwork, photos or text uploaded by you).
  • “Ready-Made Item” means any standard, non-personalised product offered for sale on the Website.
  • “Order” means your offer to purchase products from us.
  • “Contract” means the legally binding agreement between us formed in accordance with section 4.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Orders & contract formation

  1. Placing an order is an offer to buy. After checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement email — this is not acceptance of your order.
  2. A binding Contract is formed only when we send you a separate dispatch confirmation (or, for Custom Items, when we begin production after design approval).
  3. We may refuse or cancel an Order before acceptance for any reason, including: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or content that breaches these Terms.

5. Custom designs & user-submitted content

This section applies whenever you upload, supply or otherwise provide artwork, images, text or other content for printing (“Your Content”).

  1. Your warranty. By submitting Your Content you warrant that you own it or have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to reproduce it on the products you order, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  2. Licence to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, modify (only for technical printing requirements) and reproduce Your Content solely to fulfil your Order.
  3. Right to refuse. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to print any content that we reasonably consider to be: unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. If we refuse an Order on this basis, we will issue a full refund.
  4. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or costs arising from a breach of the warranty in 5.1.
  5. Print quality. The final printed product depends on the quality of the file you supply. Low-resolution, pixelated or improperly formatted artwork may produce poor results. We may contact you with suggestions but ultimately we will print to your approved design.

6. Prices & payment

  1. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
  2. Prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
  3. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mistake, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.
  4. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timeframes are set out on our Delivery Information page. We deliver to UK addresses only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes to you when we have received payment in full and dispatched the goods.

8. Cancellation rights (consumer customers)

8.1 Custom Items — important notice

Under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to Custom Items because they are made or personalised to your specification. Once you approve your design and we begin production, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded except where the goods are faulty or defective. You may cancel a Custom Item before we begin production by emailing us as soon as possible.

8.2 Ready-Made Items

You have the right to cancel any Order for Ready-Made Items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing (e.g. by email to [email protected]) within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. We will refund the price and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for return postage costs.

8.3 Faulty or incorrect items

If your goods are faulty, defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. You have the right to a refund, replacement or repair. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for how to claim.

9. Returns & refunds

The full procedure for returns and refunds is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Our liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any matter for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.
  2. Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any Order will not exceed the price you paid for that Order.
  3. We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or for losses you suffer in connection with a business (these Terms are intended for consumer customers).

11. Events outside our control (force majeure)

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: industrial action, supplier failure, courier delays, public health emergencies, fire, flood, internet outages or government action. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the Website (other than Your Content) — including text, graphics, logos, photographs and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Acceptable use of the Website

You agree not to: (a) use the Website unlawfully or for any fraudulent purpose; (b) introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its servers; (d) interfere with the operation of the Website; (e) collect data about other users.

15. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please tell us — we want to put it right. Email [email protected] or call 07443 963247 with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and to resolve them within 14 days.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any Contract formed under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an Order applies to that Order. The current version is always available on this page.

18. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Delivery Information, form the entire agreement between you and us.
