Ordering & Design

How do I create a custom design?

Simply choose a product (t-shirt or hoodie), click the “Design” button, and our online designer will open. You can upload your own images, add text, choose fonts and colours, and arrange everything exactly how you want it. A real-time preview shows you exactly what your finished product will look like.

What image formats can I upload?

We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files up to 10MB. For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). PNG files with transparent backgrounds work particularly well.

Can I design both the front and back?

Yes! Our designer lets you create designs for both the front and back of your garment. Note that adding a back print incurs an additional charge of £5.00.

What sizes do you offer?

All our garments are available in sizes XS through to 3XL. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements.

What payment method do you offer?

At the moment we offer bank transfer, card payments using payment links and more coming soon. 

Printing & Quality

What printing method do you use?

We use DTG (Direct to Garment) printing technology. This method prints directly onto the fabric, producing vibrant, full-colour designs that are soft to the touch and highly durable.

How long do the prints last?

With proper care (washing inside-out at 30°C, no tumble drying), our prints will stay vibrant through hundreds of washes without cracking, peeling, or fading.

What are the t-shirts made from?

Our standard t-shirts are 100% premium ringspun cotton (180gsm). Our premium range uses 100% GOTS-certified organic combed cotton (200gsm) for an even softer feel.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Custom products are printed within 2-3 business days. After printing:
• UK Standard: 3-5 business days (£3.99)
• UK Express: 1-2 business days (£6.99)

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or the print is faulty, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We aim to resolve all problems within 48 hours.
