Design Your Own T-Shirt (Premium Cotton)

The same custom-print experience as our standard tee, but on a heavier organic blank that holds its shape after a year of wear. Use the designer to upload artwork or build something from scratch — we’ll print it in our Cheltenham studio on a properly nice base layer.

Fabric & fit

• Weight: 220gsm premium combed cotton
• Composition: 100% GOTS-certified organic combed cotton, single jersey
• Fit: Unisex regular with a slightly boxier body, taped neck, twin-needle hem
• Sizes: XS to 3XL — true to size; size up for an oversized look

Print method

Printed with Direct-to-Garment (DTG) using water-based, OEKO-TEX certified inks. The denser knit on this blank takes ink beautifully — gradients sit flatter, blacks read deeper. For matching runs of 50+ pieces we’ll quote screen printing instead. Print holds for 50+ washes when care is followed.

Care

• Wash inside-out, cold cycle at 30°C or below
• No bleach, no softener on the print
• Line dry or tumble low
• Iron inside-out, avoid printed area

Made in Britain

Printed in our Cheltenham studio on responsibly sourced organic cotton. The blank itself is woven from cotton grown without synthetic pesticides — better for the soil, better on your skin.
