Retro UK Flag Distressed Tee

A Union Jack with the volume turned down — washed, distressed, slightly off-register on purpose. Less football-shirt patriotism, more vintage record sleeve. Built to look like it’s already been through a few summers.

The design

Designed in-house by Jess M. — built from a scanned-in cotton swatch and overlaid with hand-drawn distress textures so no two prints look exactly identical at the edges. The flag is shifted slightly left of centre, intentional.

Fabric & fit

• Weight: 180gsm ringspun cotton, garment-washed for softer hand-feel
• Composition: 100% cotton
• Fit: Unisex regular fit, set-in sleeves, twin-needle hem
• Sizes: XS to 3XL — true to size; size up if you want a vintage drape

Print method

Printed using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) with water-based, OEKO-TEX certified inks — exactly the method the distressed look needs to reproduce all the texture detail. Bulk runs of 50+ are screen-printed. Print stays put for 50+ washes when care is followed.

Care

• Wash inside-out, cold, 30°C or below
• No bleach, no softener on the print
• Line dry or tumble low
• Iron inside-out
